My art, as with my life, is a constant evolution. Being spontaneous and experimental is a large part of my creative process.  I strive to capture balance, rhythm, and soul in my work creating from the heart on an instinctual level.  Beginning with a concept or simple shape, I allow the creative process and interactions between myself and the materials to evolve the initial idea.  I create abstractions of personal experiences, thoughts, and emotions and what it is to be human.  Although each piece is conceptual, for me the meaning lies within the emotional process which led to its creation, and the subsequent interpretation and perception evoked in the viewer.
